Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 14-day return policy. The product being returned must be in original packaging, unwashed, unironed, without stains or damage, or odour. Please ensure to keep it in a like new condition while trialing it. Please keep the original packaging (including the box) it came in if you consider the possibility of sending the item back to us, as it needs to be returned in its original packaging. If upon inspection your return item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

Please note that return are only allowed for first time buyers and only once per household

We do not resell used blankets. Your blanket will be processed or cleaned, and either donated to charity or given to friends/family.

Please note we will not be able to accept your return for refund if you are out of our 14-day free returns period, regardless of the condition of your blanket. We believe 14-days is a very fair amount of time in which to try our blanket and decide whether or not it works for you, since it only takes 7-10 days to get used to the blanket. The 14-day trial starts from the day the package is marked as delivered.

  1. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  2. You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies:
    1. The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order
    2. The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange and return policy
    3. The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period
  3. Your refund will be directly banked into your bank account. Please note that for refunds, the below charges applies:

    1. 3% payment gateway processing fee
    2. Return shipping cost will be borned by the customer

How do I return an item?

One of our customer representatives will reach out to you as soon as possible; usually within the same day. To expedite the process, please include the following information in your initial email:

– Order number and name used to place the order

– Product you are looking to return

– Reason why you are considering returning the item

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system, however this information will enable us to start your returns process immediately.
